Former Elizabeth General Hospital Client: YK Group Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey Completion: In Progress Description: LCG was retained by the Client to implement an Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) Inspection and Sampling Plan for the former Elizabeth General Hospital site. Subsequently, the information was used to develop a comprehensive Asbestos Clearance and Abatement Workplan. for each of the thirteen NHA residential developments visited. LCG's NJ-Certified Asbestos Safety Technician (AST) will oversee the implementation of the clearance and abatement at the site in the coming months. 
Asbestos Inspections & Maintenance Survey Reporting
Newark Housing Authority Residential Developments Client: Newark Housing Authority Location: Newark, New Jersey Completion: November 2015 Description: LCG worked with the Newark Housing Authority (NHA) to design and implement an Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) Inspection and Sampling Plan for incorporation into a comprehensive Maintenance Survey Report for each of the thirteen NHA residential developments visited. The project was completed over a period of six months by a team of EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) certified inspectors. 
Asbestos Abatement Clearance
Newark Municipally Owned Building Client: City of Newark Location: Newark, New Jersey Completion: September 2015 Description: LCG was retained by the City of Newark to perform asbestos-containing materials (ACM) abatement oversight services and asbestos clearance sampling and reporting during the removal of resilient asbestos floor tiles from a municipally owned and operated building.

Hillside Public Library Client: Township of Hillside Location: Hillside, New Jersey Completion: August 2014 Description: LCG was retained by the Township of Hillside to develop an Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) Removal Workplan and provide monitoring and oversight for ACM abatement and overall renovation activities at the Hillside Public Library. |
