Description: LCG was retained by BPR Development Corporation to conduct a Phase II Site Investigation at a residential property located in Newark, New Jersey in order to determine the presence or absence of underground storage tanks (USTs) and characterize soil quality at the site. LCG reviewed historical information to identify environmental areas of concern and subsequently implemented a geophysical survey and soil boring program at the site.

Description: LCG was contracted by the Michael's Organization to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and subsequent Phase II Site Investigation activities for multiple redevelopment parcels located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Based upon our Phase I ESA findings, LCG implemented a Phase II Site Investigation/Remedial Investigation at the site consisting of a geophysical survey and soil and groundwater investigation and delineation.

Description: LCG was retained by the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ) to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and subsequent Phase II Site Investigation activities for a historic property located in Trenton, New Jersey. Based on our Phase I ESA findings, LCG implemented a Phase II Site Investigation consisting of a geophysical survey and radon survey in order to evaluate environmental areas of concern.
