Description: LCG was retained by the City of Paterson to perform Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services pursuant to former UST systems located at multiple municipal firehouse sites throughout Paterson, New Jersey. LCG conducted regulatory compliance audits and data collection at each site to ascertain the information needed to obtain compliance for each UST system case with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). Subsequently, LCG identified and closed the appropriate sites and provided the City with Remedial Investigation Workplans for those sites warranting additional investigatory activities.

Description: LCG was retained by Riggins, Inc. to perform UST system management and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services for numerous service stations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. LCG's scope of services included performing regulatory compliance audits for former and existing UST systems, conducting onsite soil and groundwater sampling and analysis for contaminated UST sites, implementation and oversight of UST system installation, removal, and remediation, UST certification, and preparation of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) mandated documents for regulated UST cases.

Location: Long Branch, New Jersey
Completion: 2011

Description: LCG was retained by the City of Long Branch Housing Authority to conduct a comprehensive Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and UST Investigation of a No. 2 heating oil UST previously abandoned in place at the site. LCG's investigation consisted of soil sampling and analysis and the completion of tank removal and closure activities.
