Wetlands Delineation Residential Property Client: Private Developer Location: Jackson, New Jersey Completion: September 2015
Description: LCG was contracted by a private developer to conduct a Wetlands Delineation at a vacant property located in Jackson, New Jersey in order to determine the potential for development. LCG completed delineation activities in accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) adopted 1989 Three Parameter Approach set forth in the Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands. Following identification, a definitive line separating upland areas from wetlands was developed in the field by flagging the boundary approximately every 50 feet and a Letter of Interpretation (LOI) was submitted to the NJDEP on behalf of the client, to obtain a formal determination.
Preliminary Wetlands Investigation Residential Property Client: Private Developer Location: Brick, New Jersey Completion: September 2014
Description: LCG was retained by a private developer to conduct a preliminary wetlands investigation with regards to potential residential development activities at a vacant site in Brick, New Jersey. The investigation was performed in accordance with the NJDEP adopted 1989 Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands. LCG provided the client with a Report including potential wetland area mapping and recommended applying for a Letter of Interpretation to obtain an official Departmental determination for the site.
