Have you received an NJDEP LSRP readiness letter? LCG can help!
On May 7, 2009 Governor Jon Corizine signed the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) N.J.A.C. 58:10C-1 et. seq. into law. Per the Administrative Requirements for Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) Rules under 7-14B-9.1(e) an LSRP shall supervise all tank closures, site investigations, and remedial activities required, and shall ensure that those activities are conducted in accordance with the ARRCS at N.J.A.C. 7:26C-2.4, when those activities are initiated on or after November 4, 2009.
The New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) Program allows you to work directly with a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) licensed individual to conduct environmental investigation and remedial measures as well as to issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO), the regulatory equivalent of a No Further Action (NFA) designation to obtain site closure.
At LCG, our team NJDEP approved LSRPs work alongside the NJDEP staff to achieve case closures of varying complexity throughout the State of New Jersey. Our LSRPs efficiently manage projects providing direction, oversight and certification to close cases quickly and effectively.
