Phase I Environmental Site Assessment / Preliminary Assessment / ISRA Property Transfer
Client: Private Business Owner Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey Completion: March 2016 Description: LCG was retained by the Client to prepare and submit Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) pre-property transfer documentation and conduct the required Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with the scope and limitations of the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments, ASTM Practice E1527-13, as well as a Preliminary Assessment (PA) in accordance with the State of New Jersey's Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E) for an industrial property located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Client: City of Newark Location: Newark, New Jersey Completion: December 2014 Description: LCG was retained by the City of Newark to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with the scope and limitations of the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments, ASTM Practice E1527-13, as well as a Preliminary Assessment (PA) in accordance with the State of New Jersey's Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E) for a vacant property located in Newark, New Jersey.

Client: Genesis Companies Location: Newark, New Jersey Completion: 2013 Description: LCG was contracted by private developer, Genesis Companies, to complete an Environmental Review Record (ERR) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) as well as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) guidelines to aid in the process of redeveloping a scattered project site in the City of Newark to provide affordable housing.
