Newark Housing Authority Residential Developments

Description: LCG worked with the Newark Housing Authority (NHA) to design and implement an Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) Inspection and Sampling Plan for incorporation into a comprehensive Maintenance Survey Report for each of the thirteen NHA residential developments visited. The project was completed over a period of six months by a team of EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) certified inspectors.

Description: LCG was retained by the City of Newark to perform asbestos-containing materials (ACM) abatement oversight services and asbestos clearance sampling and reporting during the removal of resilient asbestos floor tiles from a municipally owned and operated building.
